Initial consultation £150 (£999 for entire assessment)
Your first appointment is a quick online initial consultation. You'll meet with a consultant radiologist to complete a short health questionnaire to help us understand your symptoms, medical history, and any concerns. This ensures your assessment is tailored to you from the outset.
You’ll undergo a high-resolution MRI scan of the prostate at our partner site, designed to provide detailed, accurate imaging without radiation. This allows our specialists to assess the prostate thoroughly and identify any areas that may need attention.
You’ll then attend our clinic for a comprehensive blood panel, including PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen), giving valuable insight into your overall health while supporting and complementing the prostate MRI findings.
Your results are reviewed by a specialist radiologist and brought together into a clear report. You’ll then have the option of a follow-up consultation to discuss your findings, answer questions, and understand any recommended next steps or further investigations.

Prostate issues can sometimes develop without obvious symptoms, but common signs to look out for include:
- Difficulty starting or stopping urination
- Weak or interrupted urine flow
- Increased frequency of urination, especially at night
- Feeling that the bladder hasn’t emptied fully
- Pain or burning during urination
- Blood in urine or semen
- Discomfort in the lower back, hips, or pelvis
You should speak to a doctor promptly if you notice any persistent or unusual urinary or pelvic symptoms, such as difficulty urinating, blood in your urine or semen, pain, or changes in bladder habits.
Even if you don’t have symptoms, it can be wise to consider a proactive check - particularly if you are over 50, have a family history of prostate issues, or want peace of mind about your prostate health. Early assessment can help detect problems sooner, guide treatment if needed, and provide reassurance when everything is normal.
