About the Role

We’re looking for a Front of House / Personal Assistant to become the face of Lanthorn’s flagship clinic.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of a new private diagnostic clinic, combining exceptional front-of-house care with high-level personal and administrative support to our consultants and leadership team.You’ll be the person who makes everything run smoothly: welcoming patients, managing diaries, coordinating communications, supporting the clinic manager in planning meetings, and quietly solving problems in the background.

Key Responsibilities

Front of House & Patient Experience

  • Be the first point of contact for patients — in person, by phone, and via email
  • Welcome patients warmly and ensure a calm, professional experience throughout their visit
  • Manage patient check-in, documentation, and scheduling
  • Handle payments, queries, and follow-ups with discretion and clarity
  • Maintain a polished, organised reception and waiting area at all times

Personal Assistant Support

  • Provide PA support to consultants and clinic leadership
  • Manage diaries, appointments, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation as required
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
  • Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or logistical issues

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Manage inboxes, phone lines, and patient communications efficiently
  • Coordinate appointments across clinicians and services
  • Maintain accurate records and internal documentation
  • Assist with operational processes and help refine how the clinic runs day to day

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have experience in front of house, PA, executive assistant, or client-facing administrative roles
  • Are exceptionally organised and unflappable under pressure
  • Have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Are discreet, trustworthy, and comfortable handling sensitive information
  • Take pride in presentation, detail, and doing things properly
  • Are confident using Microsoft Office
  • Want to be part of a small, ambitious team building something unique
  • Highly desirable: Experience in a premium or members invironment
  • Highly desirable: Healthcare experience is welcome but not essential
