After receiving your results:
1. Log in to your Whoop app.
2. Navigate to the Biomarkers section
3. Import the document we provide and check the results
Your data can then be used alongside recovery, strain, and sleep analytics.
Note: This is a manual import; Whoop does not automatically sync lab results. We will provide a clear guide on how to do it when you receive your results. While most results are compatible, Whoop currently accepts approximately 65 markers as a baseline.
