Ella's experience in the private and public health care sectors has included supporting patient management in addition to supporting consultants and sonographers with their work.

After completing her Business Administration Apprenticeship, Ella joined Lanthorn to support the team delivering high quality care and experience, aiding the senior business team in their needs around operations, communications and marketing and continues to develop her skillset in business development and management.
