What does this procedure involve? 

The skin is thoroughly cleaned, and a local anaesthetic is first injected to numb the area. The needle is then guided to the target area under ultrasound guidance for accuracy. Once the correct position is confirmed, the steroid is administered. The procedure typically takes just a few minutes and is generally very well tolerated. 

What are the symptoms of Golfer’s Elbow? 

Pain is felt on the inner side of the elbow, sometimes radiating into the forearm. It may worsen when gripping or lifting. 

How can a steroid injection help? 

It can reduce pain and inflammation, allowing you to return to sport or daily activities more comfortably.
