Our comprehensive Gut Health Package brings together the key tools needed to understand your digestive symptoms with confidence.
Using targeted blood tests, stool analysis, and optional genetic testing, this package gives you a complete, first-line investigation of what’s happening inside your gut.
£400 (£50 deposit to secure your appointment)
First, you book your initial begin with a simple online health questionnaire to help us understand:
- Your current health & lifestyle
- Your family history & symptoms
- Any risk factors that may be present
This helps our consultants understand your symptoms before your investigation.
When you visit the clinic you will complete your initial investigations including:
• Gut Health Focused Blood Panel
+ Gut microbiome testing - Optional add on for £200 (home kit provided at appointment)
You will also receive a home testing CALC/QFIT kit for stool samples delivered straight to your address.
Once all of your investigation results are ready, we’ll arrange a follow-up consultation with a consultant radiologist to review everything together and discuss any recommended next steps including bowel or abdominal imaging, dietician sessions to look at functional improvements two your health or referral to a gastroenterologist.
| Blood Test | Specially designed nutrition-focused blood panel looking at key areas such as: - Nutritional & Digestive Health - Liver Health - Diabetes Health - Heart Health - Iron Status - Thyroid Health - Full Blood Count |
| Stool Samples | QFIT Test - detects tiny traces of blood, helping identify whether bleeding in the bowel may need further investigation. Calprotectin - measures inflammation in the bowel and helps distinguish between conditions like IBS and IBD. |
| Bowel Ultrasound | A radiation free scan that gives real-time insights into your digestive system. Bowel ultrasound can help to identify: - Inflammation – areas where the bowel wall is swollen or irritated. - Signs of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) – such as changes linked to Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, and help track how these change over time. - Areas of narrowing (strictures) – spots where the bowel has become tighter. - Abscesses & fluid collections - extra fluid or pockets of infection. - How the bowel is moving (motility) – to see if things are working normally. |
| Microbiome Testing (optional add-on) | An additional stool sample which allows in depth analysis of over 30 biomarkers which play major roles in the human gut microbiome, including probiotic biomarkers, potentially harmful bacteria, parasites, funghi and viruses. |
This package is designed for anyone experiencing ongoing gut symptoms and looking for clear answers. You may benefit if you have symptoms such as abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhoea or constipation, or concerns about conditions like IBS or inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn’s or colitis). It’s also suitable for those who have had symptoms for some time and want a more comprehensive, specialist-led assessment to understand what’s happening and plan next steps with confidence.
Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to a short Gut Health questionnaire. This helps us understand your medical history, lifestyle, and symptoms ahead of your visit.
You’ll then attend your in-clinic appointment, where your assessments will be completed - including a specialist bowel ultrasound, blood tests, and stool sample collection kit, along with any optional add-ons you’ve selected. This streamlined approach ensures your appointment is tailored to you and makes the most of your time in clinic.
During your appointment, your consultant will talk you through the ultrasound findings as the scan is taking place. You’ll receive a full imaging report within 24 hours of your visit.
Some of the additional tests, such as blood work and stool or microbiome analysis, take longer to process. Once all results are available, we’ll compile them into your comprehensive Gut Health Report. You’ll then have the option to book a follow-up consultation to review everything in detail, discuss any recommended next steps, and plan any further investigations or ongoing care required.

If symptoms are sudden, severe, or rapidly worsening, you should seek urgent medical care.
